'Fragile Stones' now on view at MAAT Museum in Lisbon

Maria Trabulo’s new work, ‘Fragile Stones’ is part of a current exhibition held at the Museum of Art, Architecture and Technology (MAAT) in Lisbon.

Her sculptural-installation is based on documentation from the Raqqa Museum and the Syrian Heritage Archive relating to the architecture of the rooms of that space and the exhibition devices that existed before they were almost completely destroyed during the occupation of the city by the Islamic State between 2013 and 2017.
