Maclean’s recently sat down with Canadian lens-based artist Ian Willms to discuss his exhibition “The Hound,” comprising of photographs made over the course of 7 years spent riding Greyhound buses all over North America. The images trace the landscapes and faces of a ceaseless journey – spanning tragic beauty, chance encounters, and convergences of fate. Willms’s work is on view at Towards until May 30.
